· 3 min

More than 18,000 m² of steel structures were protected without interrupting adjacent work on site; technical supervision accepted the documentation without comments.

Our teams have completed comprehensive fire-protection works on the steel frame of an industrial building in Leningrad Region. The total treated area exceeded 18,000 m², with an R90 fire-resistance rating required for the load-bearing columns.

Project-specific considerations

  • Work proceeded alongside building-services installation, in agreed work zones
  • Different coating thicknesses were calculated for columns and beams, reducing material consumption
  • Dry-film thickness inspections were referenced to structural gridlines and elevations

The complete as-built documentation package was handed over upon completion and accepted by technical supervision without comments.
